It seems like most of the dating apps out there are built around a niche. Singles, hookups, swingers, kink, trans, LGBTQ+, ethnicity... A different app for everything. D8 doesn't live in a niche, though. We let you create your own niche by giving you the tools to find a great match without all the noise. Connect with the right people based on the criteria you set and stay hidden from everyone else.

We're D8 Software, and we are working on a brand new way to connect with people. We've used a ton of apps, and we've talked to lots of folks to figure out a way to do it better. We've learned from the best and improved on the worst to bring you a new experience that will help you connect with the right people.
Find Your Perfect Match
Many dating apps seem to value quantity over quality. We're different. We'd rather you have five great matches than fifty mediocre ones. We make that possible by letting you decide who can see you, not just who you can see. That means not getting likes from people you won't be interested in.

If someone doesn't meet your criteria, they can't see you either. For example, if you're looking for men in their 30s, you won't be visible to men outside of your range. And it goes well beyond age: we've added a robust set of selection criteria to narrow down the field to just what you want.
Communities are the Place to be
Besides working really hard so you only see the people you want to see, we also have communities that are limited to distinct relationship types. Friendship, traditional dating, poly and lifestyle (known to some as swingers), and kink. These groups are very different from one another, so we've taken great pains to keep them separate. Pick the community you want to belong to, and know that you're among people with similar desires.

Our communities are for like-minded people, but we understand that there are a lot of nuances. That's why we allow for a variety of customization options to narrow things down. Are you a unicorn looking to find a couple? We have you covered. A non-binary person looking for a perfect match? You're covered too. Everyone, no matter what you are looking for, can find great connections with D8.

Another important element of this is privacy. People in one community can't see the people in the other communities. We know that people in lifestyle or kink tend to be very private about it. Our communities keep everything separate to protect everyones' privacy.
